Kate moved to Bend nine years ago from Boise, ID when she settled down and married her avid hunter and fly fishermen husband, Adam Haarberg.   Kate's sense of adventure has had her living in Seattle, and then Boston for several years as well.  Before meeting Adam she had never heard of Bend, and now she cannot imagine why anyone would live anywhere else!

Until recently Kate worked full time in the Wholesale Mortgage industry.  But starting a family has given her the desire for a more flexible schedule.  Wanting to stay in the industry, she moved into a position assisting a fellow real estate broker with short sale processing before getting her own real estate license.   Kate’s two daughters are the apple of her eye, and the inspiration for all that she does. Selling real estate is truly a “family affair” in the Haarberg household!

Kate is actively involved with her daughters’ schools and loves to keep up on all the neighborhood changes and school district news.  Her love of information, coupled with her mortgage background makes her the perfect choice for buyers and sellers who want the full spectrum of excellent representation.
